Build Your Game
Control the grip, control the match. Learn systematic approaches to breaking grips and passing guard.
Systematically develop a complete offensive and defensive game for every belt level.
Drill specific positions under live resistance. Build timing and confidence in a controlled environment before full sparring.
Put it all together with supervised live training. Scale the intensity to your level - from relaxed flow rolls to competition-pace rounds.
What to Expect
No Experience Needed
Most new members have never stepped on a mat before. Coach Suwit walks you through your first class slowly, with clear explanations and zero pressure to keep up.
We Loan the Gi
Loaner kimonos available for your first few sessions. Just bring a towel and water - we'll sort the rest.
Safe Training
Warm-up, technique, then controlled drilling. Live sparring is never forced - you only go live when you feel ready. Injuries are rare when you train with intent.
When We Train
Our Gi classes run across the week - morning, lunchtime, and evening sessions.

Not for your first few sessions - we have loaner gis available. Once you're ready to commit, we can help you find the right gi for your size and budget. White, Blue, Black Gi colour is welcome for training.
No. Jiu Jitsu fitness develops as you train - there's no 'get fit first' requirement. Most of our members started with zero athletic background. The first week is sore, then it gets easier fast. You train at whatever intensity you can handle.
Yes. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu follows a belt system from white through to black belt. Promotions are based on consistent training, technical development, and attitude. Stripes are awarded along the way to mark your progress.
